Job Overview:

As a Senior SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to drive organic growth and increase website visibility. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and technical teams to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, ensuring that our websites rank well on search engines. You should have in-depth knowledge of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and target audience segments.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content for SEO.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements such as site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
  • Oversee link-building strategies, ensuring high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and search engine updates.
  • Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Prepare detailed SEO reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor and improve key SEO metrics like organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
  • Work with content teams to develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage and mentor junior SEO executives, providing guidance and training on best SEO practices.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website design and technical infrastructure.
  • Execute local SEO strategies for geo-targeted rankings and optimize Google My Business profiles.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the SEO landscape.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successfully driving organic traffic and improving rankings.
  • Extensive experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to communicate technical SEO requirements to developers.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and eCommerce SEO (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
